Logging in to webmail

Open https://webmail.turnerdigitalhosting.co.uk in your browser. That address works for every mailbox we host. Your website address and your email server name are not webmail login pages.

1. 1Open the webmail address above in your browser and check that the connection is secure before entering your details.
2. 2Enter your full email address and mailbox password, not your website or hosting account password.
3. 3Open your Inbox and select a message to read it. Look for Compose or New message to write an email.
4. 4Send a test message to another address you can access, then reply from that address to check sending and receiving.
5. 5Sign out when you finish, especially on a shared computer.

• Check the full email address and password carefully. Passwords are case sensitive.
• Do not continue past a browser certificate warning. Contact us with the warning text and the address you opened.
• If you have forgotten the password, ask us to help you reset it. Never send your password in a support message.
• These instructions are for mailboxes on our hosting. If your email is with Microsoft 365, use the sign in details supplied for that service instead.
