Terms of service

These terms govern your use of hosting services provided by Turner Digital Hosting, a trading name of Turner Digital Ltd (Company No. 11591880). By ordering a plan you agree to them.

Hosting plans are governed by our Web Hosting Agreement, which forms the contract between us and takes priority over this summary where they differ.

Our service

We provide web hosting, email and related services as described on our plans page. We target 99.9% uptime and will always tell you about planned maintenance in advance.

Payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout. All plans have a 12-month minimum term and renew for further 12-month periods unless cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date.

Cancellation

To cancel a renewal, email support@turnerdigitalhosting.co.uk at least 30 days before your renewal date. Ending a plan during a minimum term means the fees for the rest of that term remain payable. Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel from the start date, see clause 18 of the Web Hosting Agreement.

Your responsibilities

You must keep your account credentials secure and use the service in line with our acceptable use policy. You remain responsible for the content you host.
