Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Turner Digital Hosting ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you contact us or sign up for hosting we collect your name, email address, billing details and the content of your messages. We also keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep our servers secure.
How we use it
When you accept our Web Hosting Agreement at checkout, we record the agreement version, the date and time of acceptance, your IP address where available and browser details alongside your order. We use this evidence to administer the contract and resolve disputes, relying on our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate acceptance record. These records are available only to authorised administrators and are kept with your account records for the retention period below.
We use your data to provide and bill for our services, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@turnerdigitalhosting.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Data retention
We keep account data while you're a customer and for up to six years afterwards for tax and legal reasons, then delete it.
