Pointing your domain to our nameservers

Nameservers tell the internet where your website and email live. Pointing your domain to ours lets us manage everything for you, and SSL is free when your domain uses our nameservers. Domains registered through us are set up already.

1. 1Sign in to the company your domain is registered with, for example GoDaddy, 123 Reg or Namecheap.
2. 2Find your domain and open its DNS or Nameservers settings.
3. 3Choose the option to use custom nameservers.
4. 4Remove the existing nameservers and enter all four of ours, exactly as shown above.
5. 5Save your changes and let us know, so we can check everything is ready.

• Changes usually take effect within a few hours, but allow up to 24 hours for them to work everywhere.
• Your website and email may briefly switch between old and new during this time, that's normal.
• Tell us before you change them if you already have email on the domain, so nothing gets missed.
