Email server settings
The IMAP and SMTP settings you need to add your mailbox to any email app.
Before you start
These settings work in any email app that supports IMAP. You need your full email address as the username and the mailbox password we supplied. Use either host name shown below, the branded one or one built from your own domain. If you have not added the mailbox to an app yet, you can check it in a browser at https://webmail.turnerdigitalhosting.co.uk.

Good to know
- Your username is always your full email address, not just the part before the @.
- You can use either host name, the branded one works for every mailbox we host, and your own domain's works when your domain uses our nameservers.
- Replace yourdomain.co.uk with your own domain name, for example if your domain is acme.co.uk, use imap.acme.co.uk and smtp.acme.co.uk.
- If your own domain's host name shows a certificate warning, use the branded host name and tell us, we'll get the certificate sorted.
- Passwords are case sensitive, type them exactly as provided.
- If setup fails, double check the spelling, the port numbers and that SSL is switched on.
- If your app prefers it, port 587 with STARTTLS also works for outgoing mail.
- Attachments up to 32MB can be sent from webmail, and no message may be larger than 50MB.
- Either host name works, so pick the one you find easiest to remember.
