Add your Turner Digital mailbox to the Mail app on an iPhone or iPad.

  3. 3Tap Add Account, then choose Other.

  6. 6Choose IMAP at the top of the screen.
  7. 7Fill in the incoming and outgoing server details below, then tap Next.
  8. 8Wait while your iPhone checks the details, this can take up to 2 minutes. Once every box shows a tick, tap Save.

Good to know

  • Your username is always your full email address, not just the part before the @.
  • You can use either host name, the branded one works for every mailbox we host, and your own domain's works when your domain uses our nameservers.
  • Replace yourdomain.co.uk with your own domain name, for example if your domain is acme.co.uk, use imap.acme.co.uk and smtp.acme.co.uk.
  • If your own domain's host name shows a certificate warning, use the branded host name and tell us, we'll get the certificate sorted.
  • Passwords are case sensitive, type them exactly as provided.
  • If setup fails, double check the spelling, the port numbers and that SSL is switched on.
  • If your iPhone shows port 587 for outgoing mail, that works too, just make sure SSL is switched on.
